For Ivory House Salon in Dripping Springs, Texas, that person is Jenna Bien.
Jenna began her career in the beauty industry more than 15 years ago after attending Paul Mitchell in Costa Mesa, California. From there, she completed an apprenticeship under a master stylist and colorist in Newport Beach, where she developed the technical skills and attention to detail that continue to shape her work today.
She spent years behind the chair in Newport Beach, specializing in lived in color, beautiful blondes, and creating hair that’s just as practical as it is beautiful. One of Jenna’s biggest priorities has always been helping clients achieve hair they love without committing to a maintenance routine that doesn’t fit their lifestyle. She believes great hair should work for you, not the other way around.
After relocating to Dripping Springs with her husband and three daughters, Jenna saw an opportunity to create something the community didn’t yet have.
She envisioned a salon that felt elevated without feeling intimidating. A place where luxury and comfort could exist together. Somewhere clients could slow down, enjoy the experience, and leave feeling like the best version of themselves.
That vision became Ivory House Salon.
From the carefully selected Davines and Reverie products to the thoughtfully designed interior, every detail reflects Jenna’s desire to create an experience that’s both beautiful and intentional. The salon blends modern luxury with the charm that makes Dripping Springs such a special place to call home.

Today, Jenna continues to work behind the chair while leading a team that shares her passion for exceptional hair and meaningful client relationships. Her goal has never been to create just another hair salon in Dripping Springs. She wanted to build a place where people feel welcomed, listened to, and confident from the moment they walk through the door.
