The Guarantee:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair and overall experience. We know that your hair is important to you and we want you to be happy from the moment you sit in our chairs to the moment you leave the salon! As professionals, we strive to communicate how important it is to take the most realistic approach to achieving your beauty goals! If you are not happy with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave the salon feeling amazing. If after your experience you are unhappy with your result, within reason, we are happy to make adjustments to your hair in the form of a correction

POLICIES

  • Booking and Cancellation Policy

    A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.

    A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Please take a moment to review all policies prior to booking. If these policies do not align with your needs, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, as all late cancellations, reschedules, and missed appointments are subject to this fee.

  • Late Arrivals

    A 10 minute grace period is allowed for services longer than 30 minutes, and a 5 minute grace period for services 30 minutes or less. Arriving beyond this window may result in your service being adjusted or, in some cases, unable to be performed in order to stay on schedule for the day. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to a late arrival, the cancellation fee will still apply.

  • Payment and Refunds

    Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Refunds are not offered; however, I am more than happy to make adjustments if needed. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please reach out as soon as possible. For hair services, corrections are available within 1 week of the original appointment.

  • There are limitations to correction services to protect all parties involved

There are limitations to correction services to protect all parties involved:

  • There are NO REFUNDS. Our goal is to build a long lasting relationship with you. Sometimes there are bumps in the road, however, we would rather learn with you and make adjustments so we can meet your hair goals. Sometimes this takes time, but we are willing to be patient with you if you are patient and reasonable with us!

  • Your color is valid for a correction service up to 7-10 days after your service(s) was performed.

  • You will no longer be eligible for correction service if you or another salon makes any changes to the hair.

  • In order to qualify for a correction service you must invest in the recommended retail products for proper care of the service at home.

  • Not using recommended products disqualifies any guarantee of color service.

*If you are in the middle of a color correction process and there is box color (any form of non professional color) you will not be qualified for a correction service if the desired result is not achieved in one sitting (this will be explained during consultation so there will be no surprises if the desired goal is not achieved in one sitting).

*Additional toners, treatments and other necessary services will be priced (fairly) in each specific case.
